Anastasia Oleinikov, LMP

In Network Provider with: Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Healthways, KPS, Lifewise, Premera, PI, L&I

Born in Moscow, Russia, Anastasia had the benefit of a multicultural upbringing. In 2001, she graduated from Hampshire College with a BA in Cognitive Science. After several years of assisting the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association, Anastasia chose to commit herself to the field of massage therapy. Having completed her study of bodywork therapy in 2006, Anastasia discovered that a career as an LMP was a unique combination of her skills, employing analytical thinking, interpersonal communication and hands-on physical manipulation of form and movement to better the health and wellness of others. Licensed in New York and Washington State, Anastasia is a recognized insurance provider. Her specialty is combining deep-tissue therapeutic touch with nuances of wellness-spa experience. When asked how becoming a massage practitioner has affected her life, Anastasia responded: “When in session we spend a great deal of time consulting the clock. If massage taught me anything, it’s the value of time. LMP’s work wonders in minutes because we are trained to do so… I’d like to think it’s a universal constant and all we need to do is make the most of every minute, whatever the task, regardless of the time on the clock.”
